Diana Rein's music combines soulful vocals, personal lyrics and enduring melodies....
Diana is Bonnie Raitt, Sheryl Crow and Jewel wrapped into one!
In the new age of technology, Diana has become a micro-celebrity on Youtube with over 1 million views in 5 months on her videos overall since October of 2007 and the number grows by the thousands everyday.
"I was so amazed and in shock the first time that I heard fans
singing my lyrics at a show. It was such a wonderful and encouraging
feeling to know that people were supporting something that I love to
do."~Diana Rein
Raised in Chicago, home of the blues and a rich background of music
genres, Diana Rein (pronounced Rain) has been influenced by the best.
Diana released her first solo cd in June 2007 called The Back Room,
which features beautiful acoustic driven ballads like "Till You Came
Along" and "Will Love Ever Last", as well as rockin' electric driven
songs such as "So Sexy" and "Goodbye".
“Without a doubt, the star on Diana Rein’s album, The Back Room, is her evocative, lofty voice. Her delivery and range propel the bubbling opener, “You’ll Be Mine,” and lends grace and subtly to the title track. Her seductive vocals are matched with her superb guitar playing. Fiery leads on “Goodbye” show an acute sense of marrying melody with nimble technical acumen, and her flashy playing allows ample room for her songwriting to shine. (www.dianarein.com)”
